General conditions
a. The seller
The webshop Deeperluxury is owned by the company Orka Coaching & Consulting with head office at Nedermolen 11, 9790 Wortegem-Petegem. Phone number 0032475250004. VAT number: BE 0860 553 217
b. Application
When the customer is confirming his order online, he declares his agreement with the general terms and conditions. Only the Belgian Law is applicable on this website. Only the court of Ghent is empowered in case of a dispute.
c. Prices
The prices mentionned on www.deeperluxury.be are in Euro, inclusif VAT but exclusive transport costs.
The seller has the right, at all times, to adapt, correct or changes the prices. The seller is not reponsable for any evident mistakes in the price mentioning due to eg a typo.
d. Transport costs
The transport costs for packages within Belgium are fixed at 4 Euro. For deliveries in other countries, we advise you to fristly send us an e-mail so that we can make you a price offer concerning the transport costs. The transport costs are partially billed to the customer and partially carried by the seller.
e. Order
After the customer has confirmed and send his order, he will receive an automatically generated e-mail to confirm his order. In this e-mail the customer receives the details to enable him to perform his payment.
f. Payment
There is only 1 payment method possible : via bank transfer to the bank account number 652-8074855-75. When the seller has not received a payment within 7 working days after the order, the order will automatically be cancelled. It is evident that the customer will be informed of this.
g. Delivery
The package is sent after the payment is received. The delivery takes place within 4 working days for all European countries. For deliveries outside Europe we will inform the customer via e-mail of the delivery delay.
h. Right to return
The customer has the right to return the delivered goods without a fine. The customer needs to indicate however the reason of return and should do this within 7 working days after delivery of the goods by means of a registered letter. The transport costs of the return are in charge of the customer.
i. Risk during transport
The seller can not be hold responsible for theft or damage during the transport. We package the goods in such a way that damage is almost impossible.
j. Garantuee
The seller does not offer a garantuee on the sold goods, this garantuee is delivered by the manufactuers of the different goods.
h. Complaints
Complaints or disputes should be mentionned within 7 working days after delivery of the goods by means of a registered letter. In case that the complaint is founded, then the responsability of the sender is limited to the exchange of the goods for the effected value paid for the goods.
